The agency responds to all maintenance and other issues in a timely manner. They respond at out-of-office hours as well. I rented out a property for more than four and half years and I am completely satisfied. The agency replaced all faulty appliances quite quickly. I fully recommend renting their properties.

I took accommodation from Horizon properties in 2019. I have lived at Glynrhondda Street, Cathays for more than 3 years. I have very positive feelings. Whenever I had problems in my flat, I always got support's from the maintenance team and all the issues got resolved in one or two days. I never had any conflict or bad experience with them throughout my entire stay. All the office staff members (previous and present) are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

So I have been with Horizon for 3 years, in my final year I travelled a lot due to placement and it was so nice to know I was coming home to Cardiff. My home will always be here, Horizon have made my stay at Cardiff sooooo easy & comfortable. Any problems I've had have been solved and the guys in the office are always so understanding ! The best part is this year they upgraded me to a newer flat and WOW I just love it , I really recommend them, just extended for another year !!

When I first rented as a student I didn't have a clue on what to do. They where really helpful and explained each step making it less confusing. Overall a great experience with Horizon properties, nothing has ever been too much for the staff; always friendly and helpful; they made the process of signing for a house very straight-forward and we renewed our contract for another year. Maintenance however does need to be quicker in responding to emails as replacements often took a long time to be sorted out.

I’ve been living in a horizon property for a year now, and I must say that I have never had such a positive experience with an agency before. They are always very polite and helpful, quick to respond to any questions or problems and very thorough when addressing any issues. The property I rent is more like a home to me, I have another year on my lease and plan to extend that considerably as I have no desire to leave. It is incredibly easy to get paperwork and things of that nature done with horizon and everything is handled quickly and professionally. Hayden who handles my property is great and very pleasant, but every member of staff I have had dealings with have been fantastic as well. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Horizon Properties deliver smart and well kitted out student accommodation. It is great value for money when you compare what else you can get for the same amount in Cardiff. When you compare little things like the quality of mattresses and the kitchen appliances that they provide compared to other estate agents, they are up there with the top. The staff are happy to help if you approach them with respect and with kindness. We had a few little problems with our house (12 people in total) and these were always sorted out within, at the very most, 3 days. I would say it's important that with every house you assign a lead tenant and this person takes on the role throughout the year. This will help speed up the process and avoid miscommunications. They have a handy man that does all the work and he is also very helpful and friendly! They are happy to accept "wear and tear" at the end of the year which is also great. The deposits are also protected and were given back in full. I would recommend Horizon properties to all students. Thanks to everyone at Horizon.

From the moment I moved to Cardiff I have received great support from horizon. Also, the 2bedroom house that I rented through them has a lot of new items and furnitures (Boiler, Hot water, Oven, Washing machine, Sofa, Leather armchair and recently added a new Mattress). It is located near the city center and has a lot of storage space as well. During the 8 months that I have been living here, any requests of mine have been heard and dealt with immediately. Personally, I think people in Horizon work really hard to make the tenants feel comfortable.

Good experience with Horizon this year. They really tried hard to find me a flat which suited my needs and budget. They were happy to show me multiple properties on viewings and didn't push me into seeing only one and a take it or leave it situation like another I viewed with did. Flat was very convenient location for me due to daily commitments and only took me 8-10 min to walk into Queen Street. Overall very happy and have made my flat my own home and staying for foreseeable future. would recommend to anyone

Me and my friends decided to choose Horizon this year for our first year house as we looked around and felt that their property was the best viewed. They had great customer awareness as they took into consideration our needs and what we wanted from a house. Throughout the past year they have dealt with any maintenance problems we had and also took into consideration requests when we asked for new flooring and table and chairs and they delivered. The staff has been nothing but nice to us the whole year and are constantly willing to help and offer a solution which is best for both parties. Will definitely use them again!

We took a large 8 bedroom property with Horizon Properties last summer. When we moved in, we had a few teething issues but after speaking to Martin and Haydn these issues were rectified very quickly. People need to realise things go wrong. If you ask, things get fixed. We have had such a great time in the house that we extended for another year. Horizon were a pleasant surprise given my previous distrust for estate agents. They have been friendly and helpful the whole way through the tenancy, from viewing properties, contract signing and support during the time in the house. From speaking to fellow students who are with many different estate agents, most if not all houses will have things go wrong... cooker breaking, shower leak and so on. What matters is how your estate agent/landlord will react to these things. Horizon have had such a quick turn around on fixing the problems our house has had, no grumbling... just organised a solution very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

High Standards Letting Agency! Horizon properties provides excellent accommodations. They are fair in my opinion and they accommodated our group size changing. It's our second year with Horizon downsizing from a 12 bed with them. We decided to downsize for final year to a four bed.We are please with our house on Glynrhondda Street and still had help for an emergency in the night for lockout and have made a late maintenance callout for us , which we were glad for. The house is modern and in have a small snag of replacing the boiler when moving in, but they took us down to the property and we expected a small snag as we moved in the day after the previous tenants, but was fixed by one of their maintenance team. It's a much better experience than friends of mine, and we are glad we increased our budget for a new renovation. It's a small team there so we at least know who we are speaking to in the office.
