Excellent agency. I found them through my friend. Everything felt very easy to sort, which seems rare for letting agencies. The moving in and out was seamless and I have had no problems with anything since being with them. The room I rented was nice and fairly priced. Highly recommend them!

Excellent company, easy to deal with. They were very flexible to arrange multiple viewings on a flat (including Sunday, which many agents can't accommodate). Ended up renting the flat while spending time. The team have been great to help with questions etc. Highly recommend them to all!

I have been with JNR properties 14months and my experience has been satisfying. They are very responsive to calls, enquiries and even when there’s maintenance issue to be fixed. After living in one of the properties managed by JNR in 2020/21, I decided never to associate myself with this agency as their service was awful. However, recently I ended up taking on a flat advertised by JNR once again as I had limited options. James, one of the agents at JNR, managed this process for me and has been extremely helpful throughout the process, showing an understanding of a tenants position when letting a new place. I was anxious about moving into a JNR property after my previous experience, but James's exemplary customer service has changed this for me. I am giving you 4 stars and not 5 as this is only the start of the process and I hope the service stays the same throughout. :)

This review is about Galo and James who saved me from being locked out of my flat. I got locked out of my flat by the lock failing (not me forgetting my keys) and I called jnr and James came round within 15 minutes to help and he then called Galo who came round within 15 mins which was very speedy and he knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix my lock super quickly. James was very helpful the whole time and he helped me out a lot. Thank you so much to James and Galo for saving me!

I was able to tell him all the problems we had that my flatmate apparently forgot to include on the initial email requesting maintenance and he got it approved by JNR and got it done! I contacted this company around a month ago in the hopes of looking for an apartment in the Bay Area. I first spoke to Dan who was very charming and lots of help. he made me feel right at home and allowed me to put a lot of my confidence in him. He then introduced me to Ellie who assisted my searches for my dream apartment, Ellie was fabulous and a lovely lady who talked me through different payment methods etc. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family for when they move out! Galo did a great job fixing the window and we had a pleasant conversation afterwards. He has been fixing things in our flat for a while now and I thought it appropriate to commend him for his work. Sometimes when we need some work done in the house the handymen are sent before they give the job to Galo which takes more time so be sure to request him first if you need an expert!

I came to JnR a few weeks back in hopes that they would help me find a suitable 1 bed for July. I approached Dan M who was amazing from day 1. Listening to and understanding my current circumstances and preferences. He was very patient with me while I took my time deciding (typically) and kept in frequent contact to keep me up to date with tennancy situations, was well chuffed with the place i picked today. Whole staff were really friendly, but Dan M was really approachable and I'm looking forward to moving in July! Wicked tatse in cars too!
