Stayed for three years in a shared house rented by Jupiter. Excellent value for money, no hidden costs, all bills included. Had minor technical issues, which were resolved promptly and professionally. Excellent comms with the agents. Quiet house mates, but it is one's own responsibility to keep the place clean and comfy. I have been with 4 agencies in Cardiff and it's easy to say Jupiter have been the best so far. They are always personable and friendly. Issues were resolved, although one issue (spotted in the initial flat condition inspection) took too long to resolve, as soon as I reminded them that it hadn't been sorted it was resolved quickly and to a very high standard. The flat itself was very good quality and the staff have always been helpful and flexible to provide the best service they could. They are the first agency I'm leaving without anything negative to say and would have stayed with them in another property if circumstances had been suitable. I would happily sign with them again if circumstances allow in the future. Thank you Jupiter team, I will recommend you to anyone who asks in future.

I am currently in the process of selling my property, which has been managed by Jupiter Property Services since I first purchased it. Jupiter have managed the requests for additional paperwork and legal forms for the sale professionally and promptly, and were extremely responsive throughout the process during a very busy time. I had read horror stories online about unresponsive Management Companies delaying sales by months, and I'm exceptionally grateful for their speed and empathy at this time. Jupiter, and Haji in particular, have been very approachable and helpful with any queries raised in the time I've lived here, and I would highly recommend this company.

I have been a tenant of Jupiter Properties for the past 7 years and the 3 different properties that I occupied through Abdullah Haji ( the CEO of the company) were all lovely, and maintained at a high standard. I hardly ever had any issues with their properties, but in rare occasions during the 7 years of my occupancy with Jupiter Properties, if i faced even with a minor issue they would jump on it and get on it straight away no questions asked. They stand out among the rest of the agencies due to the professionalism, and their fairnes and kindness. The staff are Sam, Sohail, Adrian, and Abdullah, but my favourite was Abdullah as he always was so gracious about everything, and never lost his smile. I will miss this agency as they are my friends now and not only a letting agency. 5 Star to Jupiter Properties.

Great letting agency. I found them through another one but wish I'd gone to them direct. Everything felt very easy to sort, which seems rare for letting agencies. The agency usually responded regularly to our messages and called my husband when important matters arose. The apartment we stayed in was very modern, nice and tidy. We were lucky to have nice and quiet neighbors. Organization of waste segregation in the building was great, as well as regular staircase cleaning. A small downside was the: cold and slightly too dark bathroom (very high) and the intercom did not working at all. The agency quickly returned the deposit to us and did not create any problems, even when we asked to extended our contract for only 2 months.

After four years in Cardiff we decided to go with Jupiter for our final year house and I only wish we went with them from the start. Brilliant and fair letting agency who were easy to contact whenever there was a problem! Super friendly guys as well. Would 100% recommend!

I met Sohail and the crew at jupiter in 2017 just a week before uni was to start. Being an international student, I had never been to Cardiff much less ever considered renting a flat there. Sohail took me into his office, smiling face and all, and began going over the general process. We were off to look at flats that day. Being a mature student I knew I needed to find the "right" place so I kept looking all week with all other leasing agencies. Most agencies were overrun and inundated with all the new students and their representatives were very short and not very personable. I was just $$$ money to them. (JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY DOESN'T MAKE THEM THE BEST) I went back to Sohail several times that week and he was always helpful with my questions. And always had the kettle ready for some tea. Although I didn't lease from him that year, I did return in 2018. I will not go into the full detail of the situation, but this company is the most generous, thoughtful, and honest leasing agency in Cardiff and quite possibly the UK. They found me a temporary room (that turned into permanent) while I was trying to figure out my situation with my previous landlord. And to the PROPERTY OWNERS, on multiple occasions Jupiter has taken over properties that other agencies couldn't fill and within weeks, had a wait list along with tenants already signing up for next year. So if you are unhappy with who is currently managing your property definitely give them a try. Thank you again Jupiter for all you have done. CHEERS!!

There had been a delay on returning our deposit since it was a very busy week for them. My flatmates became upset at first, however, one of the agents communicated the situation to us in a very calm manner and the dispute was resolved instantly and we got our deposit back in no time.
