After a very poor experience with a previous estate agent in Cardiff where my sale fell through three times, Sean Lynch and team at Key Executive Sales really saved the day and got my apartment sold. Right from the first contact, Sean was professional and knowledgeable and I felt that the sale was in good hands. Even when faced with a somewhat difficult and demanding buyer, Sean and team steered the boat to safety and got the sale over the line. I was particularly impressed with the way in which they responded to every query I made promptly and diligently. Overall, I feel I received a really outstanding level of service and excellent value for money.
