I first contacted Mark King in November of last year as I need to sell my house quickly due to a change of personal circumstances. From initial contact to completion of the sale everything was very quick and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and my questions we're answered quickly and we were able to complete the sale in mid December. I would definitely recommend Mark and his team.

I could not recommend this company highly enough. From start to finish the sale was all dealt with on my behalf so the transaction was virtually stress free. I was offered a fair price for the property which was in a terrible state, and Mark was very open and honest about how he came to the valuation he did. There was a hiccup with my lease as the freeholder was uncooperative and generally did everything possible to be difficult, this was by no means the fault of Mark, but unfortunately delayed the process. Mark and Nikki were in contact with me each step of the way to keep me updated. Once that issue was overcome it only took 2 weeks to complete. To say I was pleased to be rid of my problem property would be an understatement. I am excited to see what it looks like when Mark and his team have worked their magic on it. I contacted Mark in March, about needing to sell my house I owned with my ex husband, after the sudden passing of my him. The house was in an awful state, and beyond anything that I could afford to fix. I need to leave this review because I can not find it in me to ignore such a fantastic company. Mark and his team have gone beyond excellent these past two months. My wife was diagnosed with stomach cancer at the end of March. I approached Mark King for a quick sale as we decided to leave our dreams while we had time left. Mark offered us a great price and we accepted, he told us it was good for a month as usual. My wife died two weeks later, I explained this to Mark and he unexpectedly told me to take my time to deal with and the offer would stand no matter what. I would like to say a big thank you to Nikki (Sales Support Manager) @ Mark King Properties for all her help with a recent house sale. I was selling a house on behalf of my Brother in law and initially we were looking for a cash sale. Truly outstanding company. Many of these quick purchase companies are hard sell, low price outfits and some are just estate agents who market your property before paying you. Mark and team are different. A straightforward offer which Mark was prepared to review and increase, no hard sell, all fees paid and solicitors appointed and paid for. You will get 100% of the price you are offered with no hidden charges. The agreed price was a very fair reflection of the market and worked very well from start to finish around 3 weeks to completion and payment ( even allowing for the Xmas period and COVID ). If you take into account, solicitors fees, estate agent costs, EPC cost and the time and risk of marketing in the current climate we probably achieved a comparable return as if we had marketed the property ourselves. Mark and the team are very good to deal with and helpful and polite throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and I would be happy to recommend them. It is certainly worth giving them a call if you want a quick, hassle free sale.

I have only praise for Mark's service - he delivers exactly what he promises.
