Wanted to show our massive appreciation to MGY Birchgrove who helped us buy our first house. We started looking during the COVID 19 pandemic, so got caught up in the craziness of the housing market. After getting all our information, mortgage and details together, we emailed Steph and told her that we were finally ready to get going and wanted to make a real effort in finding a property. We gave her the full requirements and within a matter of weeks managed to find us a house that fits everything. We were lucky enough to have Steph negotiate on our behalf directly with the sellers and managed to purchase the property off market. Thanks to everyone at MGY Birchgrove.

They couldn't have been more helpful or more friendly throughout the whole process. Great communication, always quick to respond to emails, and phone calls. Especially when we were viewing properties we noticed a marked difference between MGY and others where we found some estate agents hard to contact, or they would repeatedly ring to try and show us other houses even after we'd asked them to stop. We have just purchased what we hope is our forever home from MGY. We had nothing but a pleasant experience buying through MGY and do regret not selling with them too (but we live and we learn of course). Steph, Meriel and Nicky were always on the ball and they would respond very quickly to any queries. They really helped us in getting our offer accepted which we were very appreciative of. We were then allowed to go and re visit the property once our offer had been accepted which was exciting, and Steph again was lovely throughout both viewings. The buying process was extremely stressful but at all times felt MGY were competent and trustworthy. Pleasant, yet so sad for families. almost always require full time tenants. Disability? Stay-at-home parents? Just doesn't seem right to me if your partner make more then enough with homeowner guarantors.
