A. G.Over the years I have used many letting agents in Cardiff, Barry and Manchester. My early experience with NEXA has been outstanding. They have made things smooth and easy for me, including working with the previous letting agent which has taken a lot of flexibility. I am also pleased with the speed they found a new tenant.
S.Outstanding service on both a rental and sales front. Was looking to sell my flat, but due to delays in getting an EWS1 form for the cladding was advised to do a short term let (6months) and then look at selling then. That turned out to be great advice and everyone I have dealt with has been great.
