Excellent service from the valuation to sales. All the staff were Professional and Polite. The overall performance was second to non, i was always updated with viewing times. Special shout out to Katie, she was a diamond, very friendly and chatty. She carried out the viewings and was at the house for 6 hours showing buyers around. Nothing was too much for her. Would definitely recommend!!

Ms Rachel King is an outstanding professional, very kind, friendly, knowledgeable but importantly trustworthy and reliable. She gave excellent expert advice in making decisions in our remortgage process but also helping us to find cost effective options. With the process, she always had time to speak to us, support us as well as the multiple meeting we had, due to some challenging processes with some lenders. She was actually acting for our vendors in the sale of their property to us which had many difficult issues that required resolution and a rather ineffective solicitor acting for them. Rating for Rachel King (Mortgage Advisor): After finding Rachel through Google reviews, I went on to process my first mortgage through her, using Nationwide as the provider. As a first time buyer the process was pretty complicated to start with, Rachel provided me with a breakdown of everything I would need to know. She created a simple, pressure free process for me to make a decision around my mortgage, as well as always being available when i needed to ask a question, and giving me frequent updates during the whole thing. I was very happy with her service and would certainly recommend her as an advisor, she will be my first port of call when i revise my mortgage later down the line. 2* Rating for Peter Alan branch I cannot provide very detailed feedback about Peter Alan themselves or the branch, as they did not really deal with me directly. I did however leave some messages with them which never got to to their destination, as well as some callbacks that were promised never being completed. They were pleasant enough to deal with over the phone and face to face.

Thanks to Lisa Owens we managed to complete on 30.11.2018. She went above and beyond chasing the chain to ensure we completed on this date. We were phoning her daily for updates and asking her to chase the chain. this was because unfortunately, the vendor gave incorrect information and didn't pull out of the chain in September so Lisa did have to work hard to ensure we completed. We said in September when we offered on the property that we didn't want a chain and we said at the beginning we have to complete by this date and we only put an offer in because there was no chain but this was hidden from us by the vendor. My only tip for all estate agents is to ensure vendors know what the word 'completion means' because when we completed the vendor hadn't fully moved out and didn't understand why we had the keys, despite all monies being in the appropriate accounts. It also took them a further three days to take everything from the garden so I don't think the vendor understood what selling the house actually meant they had to take everything on the day of completion and hand all keys back!!!!. Thanks Lisa, it was a hard journey but we did manage to meet the deadline.

"It is said that next only to bereavement and divorce, the third most stressful event in a human's life is finding a home to live. But this stressful event could be transformed into a pleasant and meaningful venture. How? Stop at Peter Alan, Whitchurch and get advice from Rachel King, Financial Adviser, who is possibly the most patient and kind estate agent I have met in the past 20 years. She spent nearly an hour and half and took me through some bewildering statistics in searching for the right mortgage. Her kindness did not stop there. She told me of a service they have called - ' Home finder!! ' whereby they would negotiate an offer on your behalf with the vendor even if you have found the property through some other property enterprise. I really could not believe it.
