We purchased a house through David and found him extremely helpful and professional throughout. It was a difficult chain with issues throughout the sale (which were completely outside his control). This was obviously stressful but he was always open and transparent and without him I'm not sure the sale would even have gone ahead. A pleasure to deal with and highly recommend.

I nearly got scammed after some stranger replied to an ad on Gumtree offering me a house to rent that was actually a house up for sale on David Ricketts' website. David phoned me back right away and helped me to figure out it was a scam. I am so appreciative of his time and sound advice. Just saved me £350 and an immense amount of drama and stress .
