If you're looking to let a place in Cardiff I highly recommend The Living Room. Polly was very professional and helpful when showing me my new place made the process very easy and non stressful. The rest of the team is awesome to Alex was on top of all my request for the unit and always kept me in the loop on what was happening. Of all the company's showing homes The Living Room impressed me more than any other 10 out 10. Make sure to call them if you are looking for a place.

I can't give enough thanks to the team for all their help and courtesy. I was recommended this agency by a student in an upper year, she swore by them and said they're the most trustworthy in the business, she was right. So easy to arrange viewings on their website. Had my tour with Polly who answered all my questions, and Chris has been great with all the admin. They never make you feel like any question is too silly, and their communication if there are any problems is fantastic. Renewing for next year, and hopefully a couple more to come!! :)

Spent just over two years with this letting agency and have only good things to say about them. The staff are all friendly and exceptionally helpful, especially when first finding the right property. Any problems with the property were easy discussed and quickly fixed during my tenancy and the staff were always respectful of personal space and time. I've used many letting agencies in the past and could not recommend the Living Room more highly.

They were really friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my housemate and I were happy and comfortable throughout the year. Incredibly Satisfied with the service I received here! Lovely helpful staff! We had a gem of a house when you think about what kind of places you get in Cathays. Landlord was really good! I can't say i've ever had better service from a letting agency (and i've had to deal with quite a few) All employees were cheerful and friendly, although I mostly dealt with Jenna and she was so attentive and helpful, especially as I only had 2 days to find a house. We went through all the criteria so we could narrow it down and not waste time and she was very easy to talk to and be honest with when discussing the houses. When it came to paperwork, she was really flexible with sending forms via email and post and also when it came to the fees. Overall the whole experience was made a lot less stressful by the wonderful service. First place to go if looking for properties in Cardiff!

Efficient and friendly service. Unlike other agents they don’t abandon tenants after taking their money off them. The amazing thing is that they don’t seem to advertise much. They do it all on personal recommendation which in this day and age is remarkable.

Jenna was particularly helpful, friendly and professional and you could tell that all of the staff in the office actually cared about their tenants/clients. A friendly, helpful, patient and above all professional service. The only letting agent in Cardiff that isn't made up of crooks trying to rip you off. If you want a company that will actually listen to what you are after and make every effort to find somewhere decent for you to live, then go here instead of Pinnacle, Kingston, Letz Move etc.
