S. H.Belhus look after our flat in Colchester. They visit regularly to check its condition, and respond quickly to any requests from the tenant. If repairs or maintenance are required they find tradespeople very quickly and can even undertake some work themselves. On more than one occasion they have negotiated, on our behalf, with other organisations connected with the building. We have employed their services since 2008. Despite a number of different tenants over this time, they have been highly effective in finding new tenants, and I don’t think there has been a single week without a tenant. The staff are helpful, friendly, and really care about clients and tenants.
