A huge thank you to Tamara at Belvoir Colchester for helping us purchase our new family home! She was amazing throughout what can be a stressful time - always replying very promptly to our questions even during a time which she was supposed to be on holiday - she was always contactable and nothing was too much trouble. We would also like to thank Regan for his updates and support on moving day. He was very efficient with communicating between our solicitors and us, not to mention a friendly voice on the other end of the phone! Overall - we would definately recommend Belvoir.

I rent my house already from Google. They provide me with a great service although not sure there fix and flo system work that great as been waiting a while for someone to fix my cupboard door in kitchen and so my shed roof in back garden. I think prob is when u got off it to add photos it then makes u sometimes start all over again. Otherwise I'm happy with everything sos much so that my daughter and her partner are looking to see what they have to rent atm as they would like to rent a flat sometime soonish

When I came to sell my home in Colchester, I called 6 agents and out of them all I found Belvoir the best choice by far. Not only was Darren a really nice guy, but he was upfront with me on everything, told me what he will be doing to help me sell my house quickly and for the market price. And he delivered on everything he said. He also arranged to clean all my windows before the pictures were taken, the pictures were terrific and they used a 3D video of my property which made it easier for viewers to see before attending, especially during the pandemic period. He generated so many viewing for me and some with offers. The house was sold quickly and he got me the market value. I count myself extremely fortunate to have rented a lovely terraced house through the fabulous team at Belvoir. This is not my first rental experience but it is by far the best: I can’t think anybody can have had a better experience. A stable and dedicated team who clearly enjoy their work and this makes communication easy and good natured. Any issues have been dealt with very quickly - even within the same day. My neighbour has a very different and negative experience with her agent - who often doesn’t reply to emails or phone calls for weeks. I can’t recommend Belvoir highly enough and would not want to move to a non Belvoir let!
