I sold my property through the Kelvedon branch of Boydens in November 2022. Like many people, I was probably a little mistrustful of estate agents in general, partly down to previous experience too. However, Jules Cain has completely changed that. He's been amazing, absolutely on the ball, constant and clear communication, excellent advice, and achieved higher than the asking price - twice (after my first buyer didn't deliver). Not only has he been utterly professional, he's been incredibly kind and supportive when things didn't go right with the sale, but also when I was hit by covid, he kept things moving forward at all times. I really can't speak highly enough of Jules. I wish there were others across the service industry providing customer service of this level. I can't recommend him enough. Thank you Jules.
