I contacted Nick for purchase of our new property. He had helped us with our previous purchase 7 years ago and we were so impressed with his honesty and professional integrity. Chewton Rose Colchester are without doubt a breath of fresh air in the buying/selling nightmare! We had our house up for sale for a year with two separate local estate agents and got nowhere, hardly any viewings and those that did come either hadn't sold or didn't really want our type of property - and then I made the call to Chewton Rose (which I so wish we'd done in the first instance!). Daryl Parr came to our house in April and we were amazed by his professionalism and confidence and he said we will take our home on, sell it in 2 months, 3 months to move and you'll be in your new home by September - and absolutely everything he promised has come true! we are in fact moving in to our new home (which Chewton Rose also found for us!) in 2 weeks time! Daryl and his team are first class, they all come to see your house first, they fully screen potential buyers so we didn't have time wasters, they handled all the viewings and more importantly gave us constant feedback without having to be chased! And then when the sale finally came - Laura Sullivan takes over! and we can't even put into words how great Laura is - she pushes through the sale with such tenacity and leaves no stone unturned!
