Connells Colchester has to the best agent around here. The agents are very lovely and so helpful. Shannon-Marie is a sweetheart in all sense of it, always ready to help and she made the whole letting process swift. Eric is also a lovely person, the viewing and other processes were made easy and interesting by him. And lastly I was given a goodie box when I got my keys from their office this evening and I think that was a thoughtful thing to do. Thank you all at Connells Colchester 🙏🏾

Matt showed us around a house this weekend and was very professional. He Answered all our questions openly and he clearly had firm knowledge of the house. He was approachable and friendly without over pushing the sell, a much appreciated quality which made it a positive experience in what is often a stressful time. My partner and I have found the service at this company amazing. As we walked into the office we had a very warm welcome from the whole team. We attended the meeting with my partners daughter who is 4 years old and another member of staff saw her sitting there patiently but bored and kindly gave her pen and paper to draw with (which she loved). He also gave her haribos as well, which we all enjoyed. Mark was assigned to us and responded quickly to every email. He was very calm, kind and very supportive. He kept in contact with us and explained the process to us more than once. He made us aware of his time out of the office and even came in on his day off . He was with us every step of the way. Signing out my tenants moving on ,after a 2.5yr let 2. Finding an excellent competitive local Builder Samual Ryan to refresh the two bed flat , including miscellaneous repairs ,redecoration and new carpets throughout . 3. Finding and signing up new tenants to move in all within 8 days !! of my previous tenants moving out on the 22nd June 22 This has been the fastest turnaround in my over 25yrs of renting properties I can't recommend and thank Shannon - Marie enough .. who even kept me fully informed on her days off !
