m. s.I have been a tenant at a property let by Haart for around 8 months. The only issues i have had with the company are with an external company that they used to complete maintenance. The repairs have taken a while and the company were unresponsive. Other than this i have no complaints. We were able to move in relatively hassle free and had all the relevant documents and information. If all goes well from now until the tenancies end we will look to renew for another year.

S. S.This is the 4th property with Haarts Estate agents. To be honest i have always had a great service. On my latest property Christopher ( Chris) is a star. I actually bought the property through a different agent and so had both agents to find a tenant. As soon as i gave haart the key, they found a tenant within a few day's, in simple terms i got the keys on the 11th jan and the tenants moved in by the 22rd jan. It was that quick. Chris always went an extra mile to assist me, one time he helped me take some flooring to the car after the builders left them in the flat, he also helped hoovering the wooden floor as i didn't have a hoover with me, i mean chris and his manager carly Where can u get such services, outside job description.
Always at the other end, would always call back if he had min my calls.

After around 20 viewings of different properties in the last year I became frustrated having to deal with estate agents being totally disinterested in you, the property or even the sale, having to chase up information about properties constantly, not being listened to etc. etc.
Chavivi could not have been further from this!!! Before the viewings he was informative about the area and properties, listened to what I was looking for, ensured he worked around my working day too in terms of calls; at the viewings themselves he was utterly professional, if he didn't know the answer to a question he assured me he would chase it up and let me know (which he did!), and generally just gave me the time and space..and advice... to look around and understand what I may have been buying.
His work ethic and diligence in accommodating the customer was represented in the fact he came in to do a second viewing on a property even though it was his day off!
Would 100% go with Haart and Chavivi again and would recommend to anyone!

S.Christopher Westbrook was my letting agent and this was the most pleasant and smooth move I've ever had. Chris was very cheerful, polite and clear in all dealings we had together. He was very prompt whenever I needed to get hold of him and conveyed information in a clear way.
The only small issue I had was that I was told I'd be moving in with professionals, and it'd be two guys and a girl. To be moving during covid, kinda have to rely on the information I'm given. Well there certainly aren't any other women here, and one gentleman is retired, but I think I'm actually happier with this set up than I would've been. My new housemates keep to themselves and are lovely people. SO I give 4 stars, as for many other girls, a house with older men may have been more problematic so something to be aware of. It seems like when you phone up everyone knows exactly who you are, what you are buying and the state of negotiations.
