The repairs have taken a while and the company were unresponsive. Other than this i have no complaints. After around 20 viewings of different properties in the last year I became frustrated having to deal with estate agents being totally disinterested in you, the property or even the sale, having to chase up information about properties constantly, not being listened to etc. etc.
Chavivi could not have been further from this!!! Before the viewings he was informative about the area and properties, listened to what I was looking for, ensured he worked around my working day too in terms of calls; at the viewings themselves he was utterly professional, if he didn't know the answer to a question he assured me he would chase it up and let me know (which he did!), and generally just gave me the time and space..and advice... to look around and understand what I may have been buying.
His work ethic and diligence in accommodating the customer was represented in the fact he came in to do a second viewing on a property even though it was his day off!
Would 100% go with Haart and Chavivi again and would recommend to anyone!

The only small issue I had was that I was told I'd be moving in with professionals, and it'd be two guys and a girl. To be moving during covid, kinda have to rely on the information I'm given. Well there certainly aren't any other women here, and one gentleman is retired, but I think I'm actually happier with this set up than I would've been. My new housemates keep to themselves and are lovely people. SO I give 4 stars, as for many other girls, a house with older men may have been more problematic so something to be aware of. They also always find you the best tenants!

D. N.I found the service at Haart to be a very good experience. Whenever I had a query, there was always someone there to take my call or email. The process of getting moved in was straight forward, and they were very clear from the start exactly what the costs would be. I dealt with Louise from the lettings department mainly, who was very professional, easy to talk to and polite. I'm sure the rest of the staff are as well. If you're concerned about going with Haart, at least hear them out first. So, all in all, pretty good.

Listening skills are usually highly under estimated, but Ben is excellent at understanding and remembering your needs. T. B.Haart Estate Agents have been great and totally and completely extinguished any left over myths about estate agents, by being so friendly, efficient and professional. It seems like when you phone up everyone knows exactly who you are, what you are buying and the state of negotiations. When we asked our negotiator (Bethany) any questions we always received a full answer - if not on the spot, then as soon as possible.
I don't aspire to be a real estate mogul...all I want to do is buy a home I love and can afford, for a fair price, with as little hassle as possible. In the course of this search we have had a few experiences that were pretty worrying and frustrating and for us Haart were like a breath of fresh air and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Georgie was polite, friendly and very down to earth. What made Georgie stand out from other estate agents I have seen is that she was not trying to ‘hard sell’ me a property.
The property I viewed had a number of defects and when my parter and I would point them out to each other In a discussion George was quite happy to stand back and let us discuss freely. Too many estate agents concentrate on a sale and immediate counter any negative comments about a property with some irrelevant fact.
