A. H.Despite having many small issues with the property when we moved in, I had a pleasant experience with Hale as my first time renting. All problems were dealt with quickly at the start, and all throughout the tenancy, with no fuss or dispute. They were very helpful whenever I had an issue with paying rent (typical student life) and I received my full deposit back. They are a lovely family-run business who will do all they can to help within reason. Would definitely recommend.

E.Despite seeing a bunch of negative reviews, I and two other tenants had no problems dealing with either Liz or Holly, they were generally quick to reply to any issues we had, signing the contract was quick and easy, and yes I did read it back to front.
We had a leaky boiler develop but they got it fixed without any hassle.
Would recommend this agent, had no hassle throughout the tenancy and would say to other people who've made complaints that they might be isolated issues, and that to consider that students without massive amounts of real life experience aren't always in the right.
Compared to Jacksons and Saxons who are literal criminals in every sense of the word, these guys are a dream, you should definitely check here first.
