We had an absolute mare with another estate agent after a chain fell through a week before we were meant to move in. At this point we were ready to give up and not move at all. However, Mitchell showed us round a property and was AMAZING! We tried to say no to re list our house, and didn’t want photos to be taken of the house as there were boxes everywhere, but somehow he persuaded to come round the following day to have photos taken. He was so confident and so keen to sell our house. Being heavily pregnant he even moved all the boxes around and got great shots. He’s determination sold our house the following day after being on right move for a few hours! We were then in the very capable hands of Rachel who was so professional, and went above and beyond for us. She knew all the stress it was causing, and she was chasing the other side every day. She even phoned us out of hours, on her personal phone once she saw an email that we had finally exchanged! Phoned to enquire about a property that there was an open day on but we couldn't make the open day due to work commitment Mitchell went above and beyond and got us a viewing before the open day. We loved the property and put an offer in straight away. The speed and communication from offer being made to accepted was second to none and he is a credit to the business.
