Since the first day in my flat, Bansal Estate were very understanding and helped me to replace my ground floor flat with a first floor one when i first come to checkin. During my stay, they were supportive and caring. Then, when i wanted to move out for personal reasons, they helped me find a new tenant and I got my full deposit back as well as a refund for the rest days in my contract in a short time. I am so happy for my experience with Bansal Estates professionals, and I had to thank Balraj for his kindness and his amazing service and support. Bansal Estates know how to deal with international students and try to make them feel home. They are very ethical and respectful. The flat itself was very nice and big with nice furniture. The location was amazing. I am going to miss being there.

During my tenancy I had a few unpleasant experiences, which were mostly the landlord's fault. I know that working for an agency puts the agent on a difficult position because they are the bridge between the landlord and the tenants, and when the landlord does not care about recurrent issues, the ones taken the blame are often the agents. All the problems were reported to the agency and they tried to solve them, sometimes taking an unreasonable amount of time, but, once again, because of the landlord. I also had some pleasant experiences. As a student, it is hard to find a place to leave my stuff before my new tenancy starts and Mr. Bansal allowed me to leave them at the property throughout the summer. In addition to that, he kindly allowed me to spend the night at the property after the checkout, because he knew my flight was only on the following day.

Very lovely, warm and helpful people. When the bed broke in my flat, they replaced it in two days (they would've replaced it immediately but it was a Sunday and the furniture store wasn't open). Mrs Bansal is kind and understanding, always pleasant on the phone, happy to answer any questions I have. She helped me out when I had a misunderstanding with my neighbours, and came over to check on the flat after a major storm. After I told her I had to move out soon due to a job offer in a different city, she put up an ad online on the same day. Bansal Estates have definitely contributed to a pleasant, worry-free tenancy :)

I stayed with Bansal Estates for three years and i should say that they are very professional people.They protected me as tenant and whenever a repair needed done they made sure that it was done asap and to a high standard.They offered me a property when everyone else out there said NO DSS. Baj from Bansal Estates is a superstar! My wife & I moved to Coventry late March and needed to find a place asap. Our requirements were not the easiest (short tenancy, location etc..) and we had spoken to a few agents before and were very nervous about the whole process. Then I came across Bansal Esates on one of the real estate portals and sent Baj an email. From get-go Baj was amazing! He was warm and friendly, very accommodating and extremely helpful. He had excellent knowledge of the city and very quickly pointed us to a few places we might like. In fact, the place we moved into (less than a week later) was no.1 on the list Baj made for us. Great experience in a very nicely furnished and modern flat in the city centre. We had a lovely year renting with Bansal Estates, we had a small leak and when we reached out to Bansal it was repaired within days. Check-in and out was also quick and easy with no complications. Bansal replied to any of our emails very quickly and we always felt taken care of. Upon leaving we proved that utility bills had been paid and we then got our deposit back the same day. It is rare to experience such a smooth and problem-free rental. Highly recommend this professional estate agent

I have just left one of the Bansal Estates properties and I can confirm that during the whole time I have been living there (10 months) they have been attentive to the needs of the tenants. The house was in very good condition, much better than other pigsties I saw before I found this one. I had to leave the house before the lease ended and they were willing to negotiate so that no party lost money and they helped me with the procedures to leave the house. I recommend them.

My friend and I rented a property on the Warwick Road from the Bansal Estates. The Bansals were very helpful in solving all the issues we had throughout the lease period. When we first moved in, the heaters weren't working and it took a long time to get the heaters running. Having said that, the delay wasn't due to the fault of Bansal Estates but due to the availablity of a component in the boiler. And, Bansal Estates did provide us with portable heaters on request till the heaters were fixed. I would like to specially thank Baj. He was very helpful throughout our stay and even helped us with the administrative stuff. Baj is empathetic, considerate, and sincere. I am really happy with the services provided by them and I would definitely rent through Bansal Estates again. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who's looking for a property in Coventry.
