Simply Marvellous, as a long-term tenant I would never rent with any other agency. Pam is so friendly, accessible, helpful, reliable, honest and quick. G D goes out of their way to help make renting smooth, simple, fast and they have such a wide range of properties its really easy to move from properties within G.D agency and currently I'm renting my 3rd property off them. I never want to leave.

I am a first-time landlord. Obviously, I was very nervous in the beginning when I shopped around all agents in Coventry who offer a similar range of services to landlords, including well-known agents. However, the more I shopped, the more I became worried due to various technical terms and legal jargon. At the very last minutes, when I did not feel happy with any of the property agencies I had communicated, I met the director of GD Accommodation who was extremely patient in terms of explaining all duties of landlords and requirements from the Government. I felt so relieved when I spoke to the director who understood the feeling of being a landlord, especially ones who live far away from the property itself. So I decided to select GD Accommodation as my agent. I have been with this company for nearly 2 years and no words could describe my experience so far, except AWESOME. I am extremely happy with the service that GD Accommodation provided.

I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in the NHS and have been renting a property using GD accommodation as the intermediary since December 2017. This review is therefore from the perspective of a tenant. GD accommodation have been helpful & professional with finding the property, viewing arrangements and any queries/ issues etc thereafter. At the time of viewing, Anisha was very pleasant and forthcoming with information about the property & the location. The signing of contract and ironing out of any minor issues was also prompt & professional. The initial contact was made by a text message & email, but there did not seem to be a working contact number where one could physically speak to a person. Also, there brochure or website did not have any physical address for the agency at the time, which seemed unusual at first. An address has since been provided on their website. However, their service was such that contact by text message or email gets a speedy reply, and this in my experience has been very consistent & helpful. Therefore overall, they run an efficient service and look after the tenants. The property I rent is in good condition, and I have not had any major problems/issues. Overall, I would recommend Anisha & Mr Dev. Mr M Vashishtha

Finally an agent that actually listens and understands that students don't want fixed term 1 year contracts when our academic year is only for 9 months. So easy going and flexible finally students are not getting a raw deal ....... Cool G D 😀

" All my family have rented G.D's Serviced Apartments over the past 8 years for whenever my family have visited us from overseas and I must say that G D's Serviced Apartments are of the highest standard, quality and so affordable ( compared to other Serviced companies). G D even has 3 and 4 bedroom serviced houses with gardens, which was rather unique. An absolute godsend as all the children truly enjoyed playing outside during the Summer vacation BBQ's. I Cannot praise G D enough and would love to give 10 gold stars if I possibly could ! "

My car parking space is perfect so close to the High Street in City Centre any obstructing vehicles are dealt with swiftly and their parking spaces are so must cheaper than main car parks with 24 / 7 secure access guaranteed thank you so much G D ! 😀
