They are open about fees, prompt and communicate appropriately. The team work together and are on top of the situation throughout the process and no matter the difficulties arising they were onto it before it could become an issue. I was fortunate to have Gabrielle as my lead negotiator, but any of the team will give you an equally bespoke service. Extremely experienced in the conveyancing process, Gabrielle ensured both parties solicitors got on with their tasks - without her constantly keeping them on track this process may have taken even longer. Gabrielle liased with banks, mortgage lenders, surveyors and both parties in a constant round to keep us fully informed and deal with all the small issues that can hold up the process. I originally used one of the cheaper online sales firms- big mistake - waste of money - worse-complete waste of time.
