Catherine was a really fantastic individual from the beginning of my journey to completion for my first ever owned home in the UK. She was factual, vibrant and showed lots of energy towards the scheduled house viewings. Despite there being a lot of viewings... her energy levels seemed to be consistent and her confidence kept a good and calm control of the crowd. Moving a long to myself being declared as the accepted offer... she helped stay in touch to chase where necessary and deliver in areas she could be responsible for. She guided me and understood that I'm a first time buyer so she payed more attention to question and support in any way. The best part about this Journey is the end result because not only are you so happy to receive the keys to your new house. But Catherine ensured to go out of her way to deliver the keys and in perfect time scales as well. The final thing I valued was her stating to me before taking off that the process is not just over and that if I still have any concerns to feel free to contact her and literally about anything. For total transparency, I have some skin in the game with this one. But even if Harry wasn't my son, I would 100% be selling my houses through him. Consummate professional, nothing too much trouble and an all round really lovely guy. When my 90 year old father went into a care home this year, I needed somebody to look after the sale of his house. I considered using another agent for about three seconds as I didn't want to mix business with family, but Harry was so clearly head and shoulders above all the others that there was no contest. When other parties seemed to be dragging their heels, Harry was always on the case. I will be recommending my own clients to Harry when the time comes for them to sell their houses. Did a really good job (Zak). I had to do remotely as I was in Brighton and the house was in Coventry. Zak stayed on top of things (including evenings and weekends). Even on his holiday Organised local cleaners and solicitors Ferried papers to my mum in a home who couldn't travel. Would highly recommend over the more traditional agents. We were told buying a house was super stressful, however the real estate agents Thomas and Harry made this process so quick and easy for us. I met Harry on a Tuesday to sign up with HR Estate Agency. By the Saturday he and his team had arranged and completed 23 viewings from which came 7 offers - with an eventual sale £15k above asking price. 12 weeks later the sale was complete.
