Our company has used the letting agency for a number of years and have found the service very useful especially for property owners who are renting but do not live locally to be able to manage their own service . Any problems or queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently . With the introduction of HMO legislation sometimes it has been difficult to implement changes to adhere to legislation with tenants in situ , but the team at Merrick Binch have supported this transition and have always gone above and beyond . Someone recommended Merrick Binch to me in early 2012 . My own view is that Merrick Binch have ALWAYS been highly professional, excellent service, incredibly easy to work with - (for once it is actually quite easy to write a review, when really all you simply want to say is “10 out of 10”.) They are never any trouble whatsoever, and I have never once been disappointed, or upset. If anything, I probably rarely give them enough credit to be fair. They always work hard and are pretty willing and considerate to see my side on matters, and support me where necessary. I often hear friends and acquaintances tell me their own horror stories or ‘difficulties’ about other managing agents around the country that they have used in the past. I would thoroughly and gladly recommend Merrick Binch without any hesitation to anyone else interested. Everything has worked very smoothly for me with Merrick Binch now for well since 2012. Whoever the estate agent was that Met me was terribly rude, and didn't even introduce themselves and seemed like he didn't even want to look at us. Don't know if it was because we were brown people. What can I say, if you want to sell your property, use Merrick Binch! Leigh was the agent assigned to sell our house and he provided an outstanding professional service from start to finish. Merrick Binch under take the viewings for you, which is really useful and I found the feedback each time to be excellent. Leigh sold our property within five days of being on the market and achieved the full asking price!! Unfortunately the sale fell through and we went back on the market, but in less than 24 hours, Leigh had found us another buyer, again at the full asking price. Jade helped get our heating sorted within 24 hours after making the landlord realise it needed to be done ASAP. They had already did their part but landlord wanted a second opinion so waiting for it to be fixed was not down to Merrick Binch. At the start when a valuation was requested the representative (Nick) was very confident that the property would sell quickly and was open and honest about what I could realistically expect to achieve, and backed this up with data taken from sales within the area of similar type properties. Merrick Binch were our second agent after putting our home on the market, and after using your move and had a very poor service, we had the usual feelings about estate agents ! However this feeling soon disappeared ! Micheal Binch really knows his market, and was very quickly finding the right type of buyer to view our home, time wasters were not considered and we were soon receiving offers and were happy to accept. The service did not end there !
