The agents have been very helpful. We are from Hong Kong looking for house to rent, which added tons of difficulty not having a bank account and limited English ability. Very welcoming atmosphere. I rented two properties with them: firstly a small studio flat, secondly a three bedroom house (a total of approximately 2 years). Any issues related to the property/rent has been always promptly solved. Reasonable admin fees. I recently ended the tenancy 'cause moving to another place. I might come back to them in future.
