As a private landlord, I got bitten by a rogue tenant. Since leaving my house in Robin Jones's hands, there have still been problem tenants but I can honestly say Sue at Robin Jones has been superb. She has gone above and beyond every time an issue has been raised, dealing with histrionics in a calm and professional manner. She has sourced new tenants in an amazingly short period of time, sorted the usual maintenance disasters and planned maintenance which crop up in a timely manner and whilst I hold my breath sometimes when I see the number flash on my phone just in case its going to cost me, I never fail to finish the call happier than when I start it.
