Amazing Estate Agents! We put out house on the market with UpEstates, and Ben and the team could not have been, valuation and photos done and the house on the market within a couple of days, and sold within 3 days for well over the asking price. faultless service throughout despite incredibly difficult circumstances (our buyer had the worse solicitors ever, but their sales progresser was relentless!)

Having dealt with UP Estates on letting my property they evaluated it promptly and had it listed within 24 hours. I was keen on securing a good tenant for my property having had previous agents 'first through the door' attitude to my cost. Within a fortnight the let was agreed and done, having been presented with multiple applicants, with all checks done and their scenarios etc advised. Don't be put off by the fact they are a fixed price agent - they don't do anything different to any other agent - In fact, from our previous experience of agents, they do a lot more and do it better. Had great advice on pricing , great contact with the office team, website comms are great and it's really good to have updates and viewing feedback all in one place. I had a really good experience with Up Estates who sold my house in the Hinckley area. I found them to be responsive and helpful, with Chris offering me advice on all matters regarding my sale and purchase. The proprty portal stuff was useful and enabled me to track viewings and offers. Up Estates prove that the old estate agent pricing model of percentages is no longer viable. Up Estates were under half the price of other local agents, which shows how much money these other agents have been making out of people for years and years. I would recommend Up Estates and I would definitely use them again although I'm not planning to move any time soon ;)

I had to chase for updates, was told I would receive call backs which didn't always happen and it felt more like they were working for my buyer than for me. Such a shame after such a great start.
