I have had a terrible experience with wilsons. They let property's knowing full well they they are not upto standard can you believe the 'Director' told me the property having mould was a personal opinion? I have images of the terrible build up and to a vaulnerable person or a family with small children this is a very serious issue. Pushy staff that back you into a corner for viewings know again full well the property is not upto standard. I was again informed that they had to arrange viewings to keep the client happy this is a disgrace, yes the landlord is a client but i am also! Edit; Carol from wilsons has since been in contact with me in regards to my experiance with a specific agent that i referred too in my earlier review, I am very happy to say this has been resolved! They are going to raise the issues with the agent directly and agreed in the first instance i was treated unfairly, they have also provided me with a very generous peace offering for my journey and a much appreciated apology, i have happily accepted. Relatively new estate agents located on the Coventry High Street. As is the case with most estate agents now you are required to pay high joining fees and credit check fees and the like. However, when we moved in they have fixed any issues we've found very quickly and to a high standard. Louise has been really patient with us as she is trying to sell the house we are renting on behalf of the owners. It's been made more difficult than usual as we have a nervous dog, so are unable to allow viewings without us there, meaning we have to sit awkwardly as potential buyers are shown around. Louise has made this as painless as possible by being a dog lover for one, and ensuring viewings are bunched together as much as possible. She is now trying to ensure the selling date of the house we're renting coincides with the exchange date of the house we're buying; so very helpful!
