We have moved every 2 years, so I can say we have seen so many agents. (8 agents to be precise) By far Acquire has been the easiest, most transparent agents I have dealt with in my life. They are also prompt, honest and considerate of your property needs. Once you are a tenant, most agents disappear for good even when you need then. Acquire has been there for us in emergencies. Some experiences with Acquire will indicate why:- 1. The contract including renewal and all other paperwork is simple. 2. We had an ant issue for literally 1 day. They gave some solutions on the 'report a problem' online form and the ants were gone as suddenly as they had appeared, never to occur again. 3. I had just come back home from the hospital with my new born and the boiler decided to give way. Understanding the emergency of the situation, it was fixed in less than 3 hours. All the team members are [professional and easy to deal with. Specifically, Shannon and Dolly have been fantastic. I hope to see Acquire grow and expand while retaining their current people centric, caring values/ business principles. Kudos!

As a tenant, I have to be honest and say I have had a problem with this company when it came to getting a particular repair done - its the only problem I have had though. But, I am happy to report that it finally got resolved and the engineer that did the work was superb! Overall however my experience with this company has been great! Shannon at the Derby branch has been particularly good and gone out of her way to ensure things get done chasing left, right and center as I found out from her colleagues. So, if you get the option of someone to deal with, request her - although I am sure the others are just as good ;-) Not a perfect company (but then who is?)
