As a first time buyer I was in great hands at first with Liam Mann who really gave me confidence in buying my first purchase he found a great mortgage deal and had fantastic communication with keeping me in the loop with every step. Having recently just completed on a property in Derby centre I have dealt with Ashley Adams Estate Agents over the last few months since my offer was accepted. In the past I have used various Mortgage Consultants, but by far have had the best experience with Matthew Thomas who is the Mortgage Consultant at the branch. He was diligent in everything he did to find us the best mortgage rate and kept us up to date at every stage of the process. Nothing was too much for him and the fact that once you pay for his services for the first time, this fee covers any mortgage work he does for you in the future which is a real bonus. Katie Haslam was our Sales Negotiator and also worked on the sale progression of the property which was also a huge help. Any questions or queries were dealt with extremely quickly and Katie was in regular contact throughout the time it took from our offer being accepted to completion.

I bought a house through these guys and although it took a while (due to structural issues etc not estate agents fault) they fought until the end making sure I was kept up to date constantly.
