Taj is a very knowledgeable estate agent. I had been let down by another local estate agent and fortunately for me Taj has come to my rescue. The difficulty is I should have actually approached him initially but throughout me marketing my property with another estate agent he kept continually in contact to see how it was going as I am guessing his psychic sense knew it would fail. Upon Taj's advice we have tried a different route and things have moved quite quickly, unlike other local estate agents who like to move things at snails pace. Taj is not only a property expert but has promised that any future house purchases, sale etc he is always there to guide and mentor me in my property acquisitions. I suppose for the low fee he charges (in comparison to others) his services are exceptionally good value for money withstanding fantastic customer support and the extra bonus of having a property mentor for life. This is a really good agency who are very helpful in sorting out any problems. I took one of their 2 bedroom properties with a flatmate and the experience with the agency, particularly with Purminder, have been absolutely great. Steve has also bene extremely helpful in genuine and legitimate identification of all problems raised. The lack of 5 stars is due to the landlord. They need to be more selective with their properties and landlords as our landlord was completely below average. The landlord simply did not look after the house and they would never live in it themselves. We were bombarded by issues when we first moved in such as no fire alarm, boiler not working, dishwasher not working, washing machine with a terrible odor on clothes. Thanks to the agency, the appliances were all changed free of charge, however, it caused huge inconvenience and lots of admin. This landlord either needs to change significantly or not be allowed to own a property in the UK. All in all, I would recommend this agency as long as they up their criteria with landlords.

Being a landlord with Streets Ahead in Derby, a few years ago I promised myself not to trust another letting agent because one of them ripping me off, by charging extortionate fees for managing my properties.Then I met Taj Gill the owner of Streets Ahead Estates, which he reassured me that, him and his team are an honest and professional set up.
