We have just bought our first home with Fletchers estate agents, from start to finish, All the staff at Fletchers have been accomodating, friendly and answered all our concerns. Nothing was too much trouble. If we ever look to sell/ buy we wont use any other estate agent and they will be highly recommended. Special thanks to Annette for all her help

I am currently being supported by Fletchers and co for the sale of my property. I wanted to leave a review to express how grateful I have been of their service so far. I have found every member of the team professional, friendly and responsive. Most of my dealings have been through Annette Williams. She has been exceptional. She has been responsive getting back to me almost immediately to any question or query. When things have gone quiet, an email from Annette to explain that she is still working on things in the background has been greatly received. Annette is personable and approachable. I have never felt as though I am bothering her despite the hundreds of emails and calls I have made. She has managed my anxiety through little trips in the sale (through no fault of her own). At times we have had lengthy phone calls just settling my nerves. Her advice is experienced and realistic whilst considering our best interest at all times. Most importantly, I have trusted her from the get go. Whilst I recognise the sale of a house is a business, I have seen and continue to see Annette go above and beyond her role. Fletchers and co was recommended by relatives and friends and their service is consistent. The service I have received is not just a one off. My family and friends have felt the same. Fletchers pricing was reasonable and in range with other quotes. If you are reading this review deliberating which estate agent to choose. Please please please do not consider going with any other Derbyshire estate agent. It would be foolish. Choose fletchers and I am certain Annette and her team will help you as much as she has us.

If Carlsberg did estate agents..... they would be close to Annette at Fletcher's Derby office (supported by her colleagues at Derby and Duffield) Annette went above and beyond at every stage to ensure we secured our sale and purchase in spite of numerous crises along the way. Communication, responsiveness and an active approach were all excellent and it really made a difference during a stressful time. Excellent service from an attentive team. I was having a nightmare with the my solicitors, as I was trying to finalise the purchase of my house, but had Annette and the team bending over backwards to see it through.... no thanks to my grossly negligent solicitor. Annette had the entire office of three floors drop whatever they were doing if I made a call to them, and was desperate to make sure everyone involved in the transaction was well informed of anything going on, and seemed to have real compassion for her vendors. If I find myself in the need of an agent again, I would be looking for Annette and co, at fletchers. I would be surprised to hear of any other agent who not only worked after hours, but also at 7am on their days off!
