From the initial meeting with Sasha to the current communications with Amy, the experience has been one of honesty and professionalism. The marketing of my house was amazing I almost didn't recognise it!! Tom, Aaron and Amy planned the viewings for me ensuring my needs were met. Aaron also ensured that after an offer had been made, the viewings that had already been booked in that day were aware of the situation before arrival giving them fair opportunity. We can not thank Sasha Hall at Haart Estate Agents enough for how well he explained being able to showcase our property the best way possible for perspective viewers and, of course, buyers. He doesn't rush you to make a decision; he shows us a range of visual information, including a video of how he introduces and showcases properties on the market. He's extremely professional and, at the same time, very engaging and puts you at ease. He's respectful and considerate when he visits your home, removes his shoes, and wears a face mask. We didn't know we could price our property, stating above a particular price. We knew of a property near us that also had a Haart Estate Agent for sale sign that reached an astonishing £10,000 above their priced property over £150,000. The photos and the video of our for sale property made us quite emotional because we were so proud we were able to show our late mothers house the way she would have liked. In less than two hours of our property going on the market, we received an exciting phone call saying there's already at least eight people interested in viewing the property. Wow, that quickly? So, we have now moved forward with a group viewing in five days' time, expecting more appointments and we are very confident the viewers will not be disappointed, and we will receive some great offers to choose from. Watch this space! We definitely would recommend Haart Estate Agents, in particular Sasha, to represent you in wanting to sell your property. Oh, and by the way, their for sale signs are not your average ones; they do your property justice.

Haarts weren't the chespest agent, however having done my homework, I decided to go with Haarts. Kelly returned to take photos of the property (which were amazing). All in all, my property went on the market and the sale completed and exchanged within 9 weeks. I'd understood selling a home was stressful. This was not at all the case for me.
