Having been a landlord for 22 years, I can truthfully say that i have yet to come across a letting Agent like Hall and Benson who fire on all cylinders. From the start I was allocated a single point of contact namely Lauren who has been absolutely fantastic. From my very first meeting with her she managed my expectations honestly and throughout the process kept me fully updated in respect to appointments, viewings and general feedback on the property. She really is a diamond of an asset to the company. That said the rest of the team including Paula work just as hard and try their utmost to resolve queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner. I sincerely thank you all for making the experience as seamless as you did.

He communicated, clearly and precisely and explained “everything” in detail, clarifying points that we raised. We left that meeting knowing that the letting of the property was in safe hands. Following that initial meeting, Joe dealt with all aspects of the letting and kept us informed throughout. He concluded the letting of the property, as it has started, speedily, professionally, with “nothing” being too much trouble for him, or the Lettings’ Team.
