Special shout out to Laura . It's been a long complicated process selling our house for a number of reasons but over the last 2 weeks me have made a massive amount of progress, this would not have been possible without Laura's help constantly chasing up everyone even though she was going to work with practically no voice some days! Some days she was on her own in branch and still making progress for us, we are about 85% there now, without her would probably only be about 25%, hopefully be 100% by the end of the week!

Richard and Nathan have worked above and beyond there own duties. Richard was informative constantly working to achieve the completion time date and followed the progress though to key hand over. This estate agent were above the rest. I tried to sell my house through another 'popular' agent initially. But after failed sales and bad estate agent communication I decided to go with Hall and Benson. They got me an offer with a week and negotiated with the buyer to get over asking price. The team were always in regular contact with me even more than my solicitor. The branch manager has a strong drive to ensure they have a very good 'progression' process so nothing falls through or miscommunications happens. Nathan made the progression of the sale stress free. After the sale the new buyer found some old pictures of my family so H&B made every effort to send me these valuable memories so they were not lost. If I have another property to sell they would be my number one agent and as a fulltime landlord professional my self I know what a good estate agent is like and H&B ticked all the boxes.
