Fantastic service from the Chellaston branch all staff dealt with including Oliver, Aaron, Debbie & Emma have been professional and friendly whilst aiming to get the job done. Hannells made selling my house very stress free arranging valuation photographs and advertising within days of my initial enquiry and going above and beyond during the process. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking to sell.

My partner and I have recently started renting a property advertised and managed by Hannells and after we found it hard to get responses with other companies on viewing properties, Hannells were very good at arranging viewings and keeping us up to date even when properties were being taken off the market quickly. The process to singing to rent was extremely painless, we asked if we could have the property, they replied the next day after agreeing with the landlord, then we were sent over our credit/reference checks the same day and they were completed in no time. They were flexible with our start date, which was helpful as we were moving cities and needed to sort out transport, and when we came to collect the keys in branch they were extremely friendly, professional and informative, and answered any questions we had! Very satisfied with Hannells so far!

Hannells Lettings have managed my rental property for over 4 years now and have always been simply brilliant! Any issues have been dealt with swiftly and any concerns of the tenants have been raised with me and resolved straight away. Every company in their business's sky has Stars.. And the Star of this respected company is Ms Holly Edmunds.. I recommend this agency to go for your renting or your dream house with them. You will find the warm welcoming and good communication as presented with their employees. I do recommend Holly.. she was very helpful and guide us step by step with our tenancy agreement which was a very complicated one but she was the one who sort for us every thing and put back on the track.
