As a student tenant with Nicholas Humphreys, I can say I could not be more pleased with their service. I came to them late after missing other housing opportunities during the regular signing period and they were more than helpful in finding me a place to live and getting me signed for it within the 3 day deadline I had before going back to my home city for the rest of the summer holiday. Since then they've been friendly and helpful and the property manager Bali has helped no end - even sorting me out a replacement tenant to take my contract up when i wanted to leave it early due to a friend buying a house and inviting me to live there. I have recommended Nic Humphreys to all my friends at uni and recommend them to everyone here too.

I had read some negative review previously and was reticent to use NH when looking for a flat for a young girl my wife and I were supporting. However the experience has been excellent and when due to personal reasons, the young girl needed to exit the contract at the beginning of the second year, Bali was absolutely wonderful in her endeavour to find another another tenant, which resulted in a very happy young lady! Thank you to Bali and the team for the professional way they have dealt with the whole situation.

Rented a property managed by Nicholas Humphreys for a year, any problems were always quickly resolved and find the letting agent really easy to communicate with. Unfortunately our property was sold by the landlord and we had to vacate the property. The property manager Holly was very sympathetic towards the situation and really made the difficult time alot easier, she has been so helpful working around our moving dates etc for final inspections and emailing us back quickly. They also gave a good reference for us for our next rented property which has helped in the referencing process. Thanks!

Used NH for our new property rental and subsequently for our second property 6 months later because of the service experienced. Got tenants signed in less than 24 hours. 5 stars to Belinda and the team. Had a couple of repairs and one tenancy renewal which seems to have gone well although did have to ask for the interim report and would have liked photos too. Previously used another agency who's service wasn't great so very cautious and weary of letting agencies. Would definitely recommend NH and specifically Belinda.

Please read their contracts very CAREFULLY! My friend is about to pay 3 months rent but cant actually move in until Sept! Goods can go in July ???as if their belongings can be left in an empty shared house!! Staff care about money but very little else

I have been a tenant of Nicholas Humphreys for 2 years now. Last year we were in a pretty run down house with quite a few problems but Nicholas Humphreys always tried to do something about it. They got us a new fridge, new furniture and our Property manager even came out to the house to unblock the sink. This year there has definitely been a change in the way they do things. Everything is way more proffesional and when we had no hot water on a Thursday afternoon, it was sorted by Friday lunch so we weren't left without on the weekend. Would really recommend these to any students.

Edit: With a new mix of staff the agency has become reliable. Old: Richard is the most cynical man I ever met. He's trying to make my group move into a house with health hazards and missing furniture, blowing each of us off when we want to speak about the issues. Two more weeks, if things don't get sorted by then we'll be going to the property ombudsman, it's not on.
