Northwood have gone above and beyond from the start to the sale of our property. I had to do this sale remotely as I live quite far away and they were always the first to correspond with details of viewings (even when there was no viewings), what the feedback was etc. I have never had to chase once. Any email I did have to send out I always got the quickest reply. We sold in good time and at a good price. A huge thank you to Lucy in helping us so much in what was a personal emotional sale.

Overall very satisfied with the speed and quality of service by their agents. An awesome team with service-friendly minds. Despite that, I do have a couple points of critique, more relating to the renting experience for this specific property: 1. It was not always clear which party I should contact for which issue. In my experience I found it a bit of a nuisance that I had to contact the landlord rather than Northwood for most maintenance issues. 2. The property was found by us in inadequate condition on the day of move-in. Defect electrical shower, loose kitchen cupboard panels, malfunctioning lights, etc. 3, Vital information such as meter readings and gate entry codes were either not or incorrectly communicated, which caused some issues with third parties (such as utility providers and couriers) shortly after moving in. Aside from these couple of points, all contact was professional and prompt.

What a difference to the normal slow estate agents. From first contacting Northwood to value, do photo's, viewings and getting us a sale, it all went through from start to finish in 6 weeks. Other agents said once a sale was agreed it would be 3 - 4 months. Northwood are friendly, professional and pro-active. I would not use anyone else.

Northwood are by far the best letting agent I have dealt with whilst I have rented. The staff are organised, friendly and make sure everything has been taken care off. Appointments and reported issues are followed up on and communication is always clear. Especially like that we can sign and access documents online.

I have used Northwoods Derby to both manage my rental property, and, subsequently, to sell it. I was very satisfied with both branches of the business. The Rental Management side arranged tenants for my property over a 5 year period, coordinated repairs, and kept me informed throughout. When I came to sell the property I could not have asked for better service, particularly as there were some challenges regarding a survey report and lenders. Northwoods guided me through this process calmly, professionally and efficently, at the same time keeping the buyer informed, and went above and beyond in order to ensure a smooth sale. In spite of the additional effort involved, Northwoods charged me their standard fee for selling the house. Highly recommended.
