Having used many managing agents for my properties as a property investor and developer nationwide, I decided for using a relatively newly formed company with a team of experienced vetted individuals within the property sector. After providing the initial one and two properties, One Lettings now manage block apartments and streets with consecutive properties for me. I no longer ask "advise" or "thoughta" and just let One Lettings "get on with it," which from an individual whose property is not a sideline but a livelihood takes a lot!
