I have had my property under the fully managed service that Platinum Estates provide for a number of years and can not fault their service. I have had no hassle and the communication is great. We have worked with Platinum Estates for many years - initially using their 'tenant find' service, but now they fully manage for us and we could not be more impressed with their service! Their marketing is excellent and properties are turned around very efficiently, with minimal voids. The standard of tenants is excellent and we have never had an issue with damage or late payments. Any issues are always dealt with promptly, with no stress or inconvenience to us or to the tenants. Nindi, Jodie and all the Platinum Team are very knowledgeable, completely professional, extremely friendly and their communication is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Platinum Estates always go above and beyond the standards of other agencies. We are always impressed with their turnaround time of having matters completed and especially the very short void period that we have in between a tenancy switch over. Our last tenant was a doctor at The Royal Derby hospital, he gave two months notice and Platinum Estates manage to secure the next tenant whilst he was still living there. My new tenant is a Rolls Royce executive and has moved into the property happily within 4 days of my old tenant moving out. Nindi Mann and her team at Platinum Estates have set a new standard in estate agency. Understanding our needs better than we did, Nindi found us the perfect solution for our Rent 2 Rent property. She was very supportive and consistent throughout the process, making professional photos and marketing the rooms, she showed the featured flat in its best light. Nindi checked the property herself and gave us useful feedback as she knows what tenants are looking for. Nindi and her team provide with full support in managing and resolving any issues for the property. Nindi offered a few more properties for our company and as a result, we are taking over the 2nd property next week. Communication was excellent and she was flexible to ensure both the owner and the managing company are happy. There are hiccups happening every so often, but honestly without Nindi there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all! Now we’re working on the next property in our HMO and Serviced Accommodation Portfolio and Nindi at Platinum Estates was great in making that happen.
