A truly professionally run company. I personally have rented twice from them. Their houses are neat with washing machines, dryer, hoover etc. All inclusive. Both Amanda and JC attend to every raised issue and ensure the tenants live in a neat home. Recently, Amanda went out of her way to help me move my things to a new accommodation. I strongly recommend The Yellow Property Pot.

For instance, less than 24 hrs of notifying Amanda that our washing machine malfunctioned, a brand new washing machine was bought and installed. I stayed from January to May in Long Eaton. This place is run beautifully. It is clean, safe, and in a great location; near shopping facilities, a lovely park, even the train station, all within walking distance! The facilities are lovely, a smart large kitchen with plenty of appliances, crockery, even the washing up liquid is provided. My room had airy high ceiling, and a clean and tidy en-suite. The double bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, (including many hotels!) Laundry facilities included. WiFi included. Frankly it is just perfect. I could not have imagined a better house-share. The tenants were friendly, and respectful of one another. There are a few basic house rules such as always lock the main door when leaving, and put the recycle bin out .... all things one would do at home anyway. As for communication, Amanda is phenomenal, I never knew her not deal with any issue, no matter the time of day or night... always prompt, and efficient. Always resolved. This company deserves the very best tenants. All paperwork is thorough, clear and fair. The price is excellent. I feel there should be an award for such quality, attention to detail, and effort to create a warm safe clean space. This company is Gold Medal standard by any measure!!! They have wonderful traditional values with a bright, modern approach. Excellent.

TYPP is a family run business and excellent estate agent. At the outset, I thought I would rent with them for 2 months but I ended up staying with them for 3 years. The property I rented was well very maintained and they had a cleaner who would come in every fortnight to clean the place. It also had a nice large communal area and parking included. I thought the prices of their property are very reasonable. Both Amanda & JC were brilliant and quick at resolving any issues we had at the property. I would definitely recommend and rent with them again.

I been renting from Yellow Property twice now. They are the best landlords in Derby 100%. Good size rooms for a good price, any problems in the house just let them know and it will be fixed ASAP. They let you live and dont bother with monthly checks like most agencies do this days. The deposit usually is low and very affordable. Very warm and welcoming. I never regret my decision to rent from Yellow Property and if in the future i need a room i will do it again!

Hi All, if you want to live in Long Eaton in very well organised, clean and nice shared house, this is the place. I lived there more than 1 year and half after moving to live in UK. Place is near big Tesco, big Asda, Warehouses, Marketplace, Post Office, West Park, and easy access routes for Nottingham City and Derby. Wifi is super speedy. Appliances, Cleaning and Maintenance very well done.
