The room was extremely good value for money, a large spacious room, good quality furniture and all bills included. Mark was extremely helpful and responsive whenever there were any issues, and good at keeping us updated with anything ongoing in the house. He was also accommodating for a WhatsApp video call to show me round the house initially when I was unable to travel to Derby. I find a lot of landlords say there's no hidden costs, when there definitely end up being. I can say there were no hidden costs in my experience with Vanquish.

Probably one of the best agents I have used. Nervous to be moving to another agent that doesn't quite have the same reputation. Repairs in the house were dealt with quickly. Communication was quick. Never do I recall having to wait months for anything to be fixed. Always given constant updates on any repairs. Good communication between landlord and agent. Very understanding when I was struggling in between jobs. Moved due to housemate issues if I was in a 1 bed property or if there were any available I would stay with this agent.

As a landlord, I have used Vanquish Letting Services several times now and have always been very pleased, securing suitable tenants within a short time scale. Mark is reliable and his friendly, approachable "can do" style means that he is a pleasure to work with. Moreover, whilst the fees for the service from Vanquish are attractive for both landlord and tenant, the service is far superior to the other agents I have engaged. Whole-heartedly recommended.

Mark is and outstanding professional and better person. Superb customer service, proficient and a really nice guy. He managed to take care of everything and deal with my letting needs on a record time, not easy because I was a brand new resident on the country. He was a friend and even facilitate the friendship with my landlady, always with a smile and such a honest approach in a sometimes aggressive and intimidating business (with other agents almost stoking me trying to close a deal). I would blindly recommend his services, like we say in Spanish he's "un gran tipo".
