I've had such a positive experience with this letting agent. My main point of contact is Paige, who is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries I may have. My checks and references went through nice and quickly, and I appreciated the thorough inspection that was conducted before I moved into the property, which will protect my deposit in the long run (i.e., I won't be held responsible for any issues that were present at the time of moving in). Also I am always informed ahead of time if somebody needs to access the property. I can't fault them, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Rigorous background checks on prospective tenants combined with experience and gut instinct gives you peace of mind your property is in safe hands. The end result was finding a tenant paying a monthly rate 25% above that achieved previously by a competitor Doncaster agent. Not only this but finding the caliber of tenant willing to invest in decorating and improving the property at their own expense! The entire team at 247 does an excellent job following up with any questions and liaising between the landlord and tenant. A special shout out to Megan in the office for her great communication and dedicated service. This is how a service business should operate. By putting the customer first, they have earned and deserve the success they achieved. I'm looking forward to using their property investment services in the future.
