We found him helpful, polite and very thorough, especially when handing over the keys. Things have changed considerably since we rented our previous home and we never realised the mountain of paperwork that you now have to read, sign, read again and even sign again. They have also been great for help and advice even when it wasn't part of their remit. When I had a good tenant who turned bad they dealt with the matter in a professional way to ensure the correct outcome in the minimum of time.
