Blundells Doncaster has been an absolute integral part of us becoming landlords and starting our property investment career - especially Kath Moss and Debbie Allen! First time we walked in, we had zero experience of owning or letting a property out and, being outside of the area, we knew very little about Doncaster. I was feeling nervous about putting my house on the market but when Michael came to do my valuation he was very reassuring and I felt like I was in very capable hands ! There was just so many times throughout the process where it was very helpful to have someone with experience, this not only helped us save lots of money on our mortgage, but the time he saved us was massive. I was interested in a property to buy from Blundells and being a first time buyer, having no clue about anything they have arranged for Julian from Countrywide to get in touch with me as I needed an agreement in principle etc. Can I just say Julian was absolutely expectational on every level, he provided a such high level of service and showed a true dedication to what he does. First thing he said to me is that he is always available on his phone to which he delivered - working a 9-5 I had to call at a later time and Julian was always available. I just wanted to share my experience for everyone to see. I’ve not yet used all the services at Blundells, but the advice and assistance they have given up to now has been fantastic. I spent the majority of my day speaking to agents in the town centre and by far Blundells were the most welcoming and helpful team. My plan is to buy investment properties and being a complete novice to this, I needed as much help as I could. Most agents weren’t all that interested, maybe as I don’t have business to give them right now, and they may have thought I’m just another dreamer hoping to buy a property.
