D. C. R. V.They have good neighborhood liason but can be perti ulary difficult and tardy with housing applications. Good for, repairs and friendly decency staff but spand too much of thier budget on call handlers and maintaining properties. Need to sell and build more properties to keep up with demand and competition.

t. R.Today I spoke to Kayleigh Yeardley at home choice as on 04/05/20’i had a tumble down the stairs which resulted in me sustaining a subdural haematoma , a fractured humorous ball and cup . I explained how I had been admitted into hospital again . I was kept for obs untiln06/05/20 . Due to complications I was re admitted to the Royal hallamshire on 16/05/20 , I had another CT WHICH SHOWED THE BLEED on last my brain had got well bigger , I’m so scared , my life has changed more than you can imagine . I’m current living upstairs , I’m incontininent , I have no dignity , I feel awful, but Kayleigh was so good with me very compassionate . Please give this girl some chocolate on me . Thank you . s. m.Staff dealt with my enquiry very well actually talking me through my problem step by step and actually figuring out the reason why I could not access my account online, instead of just telling me what to do and hanging up the phone which was not resolving my issue.
