The dedication and time she took to ensure our sale and purchase went as smoothly and quickly as possible was priceless. I came across Hunters at Bawtry a couple of years ago when I was purchasing my house & found them so much more professional, helpful & supportive than the estate agents I used for my sale! Everything was very professional from the brochure to the viewings . The overriding benefit however was the communication which was excellent. Selling a home isn't an everyday event which is why we are so glad to have partnered up with a good local agent with the expertise to add real value to our own preparations. Sometimes things get complicated and the sales process can have some stresses and strains. I'm pleased we chose Hunters because they took on a considerable amount of unseen extra work handling the sale which is common in many cases they undertake as a standard part of their excellent service. From the initial time and methods discussed on marketing our home, an accurate valuation, on to the photographs and brochure, conducting viewings on our behalf, qualifying prospective purchasers, negotiating, dealing with our solicitors, buyers agents and their solicitors, and then other agents in the chain to complete our sale was an exercise in patient professional estate agency practice throughout. We are indebted to Paula and her team including Lucy, Deborah, and Helen, all of whom offered excellent close support as standard. We hear of the cheap internet firms posing as the equal of local agents with 'no commission' etc., i'm so glad we had Hunters readily on hand to work with quickly and efficiently. We are so lucky in the UK that top local agents charge such modest fees compared to many other countries, especially the US who charge 5 or 6 times UK agents rates. In the end the very modest fee paid paled into insignificance compared to the successful result obtained. Well done!
