T. R.I am in process of purchasing a property in Doncaster in the hopes to rent it out. As I am new to the area I wanted to contact a couple of letting agencies to gain some valuable information on; the area, licensing, rates, planning, finding builders etc.
When I met Kim, Chelsea and the rest of the team I was blown away with the level of professionalism and understanding of the sector both past, present, future calculated predictions. They have helped us a great deal developing our planning proposals, sourcing builders and gone over and above our expectations by being proactive, resourceful, friendly, and just all round willing to be helpful.
I look forward to working with them upon competition of our project.

S. v.I am writing a review of Kimcoh Properties. I must admit, that kimcoh gave me a much better experience in a house share compared to what id witnessed from other companies in past. only trouble was mainly when my 9inch kitchen knife apparently went missing when a new person moved in, hed somehow lost it i dont know, it just seemed a bit strange to me, the house for the most part was very calm and a nice environment, affordable too. if anyone is ever in a struggle, id recommend trying these guys out, they had me in the day i paid my 1st month rent. Great staff and impressive new social distancing measures. overall i can say iv had a positive experience. thanks.
