If I could post a 10 out of 5 star review for Martin & Co., I would. I decided to use their services after seeing 3 or 4 properties in my area being sold very quickly by this estate agent - and importantly, none, apart from one, came back on the market. Jo originally valued my house in May, it took me a while to decide but there was no pushy behaviour from her team. Finally in July I took the plunge, Jo and Claire saw to everything, including 20 viewings and 5 offers. Both ladies are definitely in the right jobs and their diplomacy and personal skills in keeping everybody happy are second to none (I'm sorry guys but women are just so much better at sales!). They certainly know their trade, living in the area themselves for the majority of their lives and work very hard to ensure that any offers are substantiated. Jo takes the time to explain your options and give any advice and their knowledge of local solicitors is also invaluable. Martin & Co. are worth EVERY penny for their services (which, incidentally are not expensive!) It is also worthwhile using the services of their mortgage broker, a very personable service which also allows things to be kept 'in-house'. The team at Martin & Co. don't just sell houses - they have helped me achieve my dream of being able to surf regularly and have a dog. I will be eternally grateful to them for that! Thank you Jo, Claire and the team - surf's up for me!!

As a landlord, I've used Martin & Co's tenant seek services for several years now. I initially chose them above other estate agents based upon their competitive pricing structure. I've always been very impressed by their ability to find the right tenant in extremely quick timescales. When letting my property it has never been on the market for more than a couple of weeks before they come forward with a suitable tenant. They fully vet potential tenants and to date I've never had any significant issues. With regards to my most recent let, they found me a tenant within 30mins of me giving them permission to advertise my property. Excellent service as always, and they come highly recommended.

Myself and my partner were buying our first house, we dealt with Dan throughout this process and couldn't be any happier with the service from all at Martin & Co. Professional, friendly and always happy to help with any queries we had. Landlords you need to use these guys! I can't recommend these guys enough! For my first rental property, they got me more than my mortgage surveyor thought the property was worth! Also, they got full time employed tenants within 2 weeks! In a previous life I've spent 12 years working in property, so I've seen the worst in Doncaster and the best and these guys are the best!
