I had a few valuations for my property before deciding to choose Merryweathers. There were numerous reasons for this. Scott valued my property and his enthusiasm shone through. He was vibrant and full of life and this made me feel Merryweathers would give that same energy in selling my house. He also valued it at the best price and took in to account the extensive work I had done to improve the property. I had an offer from the first viewing and accepted. Throughout the process Alistair kept me informed with progress made no matter how little it was. I was very happy with their customer service and would highly recommend them. We recently used Merryweathers in Doncaster for the sale of my Mums house as well as dealing with them on the purchase of a new bungalow. From start to finish the Merryweathers team have been professional and promptly arrived when they said they would. The initial engagement was quick and Scott came out to discuss costs within a few days of us making our initial enquiry. We already had a floor plan and EPC so that saved a few pounds as well as deciding to do our own viewing this is personal preference, we went for a fixed price no sale no fee rather than with some of the internet based agents where you pay regardless of a sale and while this was slightly more we had peace of mind. During the whole process. Tashana one of the sales negotiators ensured appointments where coordinated between us and potential buyers and provided prompt feedback on viewings in a professional yet friendly and approachable manner. Traditional may not always be the cheapest but you do get good results using the Merryweathers Doncaster team who are to a person friendly and professional and deliver what they promise.

I Cannot Praise this branch enough!!! The staff here are dedicated and passionate about what they do! We have had constant contact with Marie and Helen via email and telephone for the entire 9 months of the purchase. Every obstacle we faced they were one step ahead with finding out information for us, chasing up, negotiating and constantly keeping us updated.
