Have had a positive experience with Redmayne Smith, had support/guidance through the whole process whilst starting with little experience. Picked Redmayne for the great opportunities they provide with off plan property investing. The process has been continuous contact with Lauren who has been great whilst securing a deal so far, very prompt and helpful. The aim is to acquire more properties to generate financial freedom for myself and family. Will be looking forward to our next deal together.

86,400 Seconds. Thats the amount of time every person in the world has every day. Time is a commodity that even Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger with all their Billions cannot extend. I brought a deal from Diamond Estates Property. Why? It saves me time, time from finding a landlord who I would want to work with on my strategy and goals. It saves me time to leverage credibility with a landlord / vendor who does not know who I am, but they can check the credentials of Diamond Estates Property Ltd. It saves me time from finding a solicitor who can help me draft up a contract for my situation. It became apparent when Diamond Estates helped me send a lease agreement to the landlord, he in turned sent it to his solicitor and within 3 working days , the landlord and his solicitor were happy with the draft contract, ( Landlord and I agreed to add a few minor clauses). I have had the pleasure of speaking with and have guidance from a young lady, Amy Kakorina who contacted me even after office hours , sometimes, 7.30 / 8.00 pm to allay my reservations regarding a deal. Amy has been very patient and tolerant with my ignorance and lack of knowledge in the property world. If Amy decides to part company with Diamond Estates, I would like to head hunt her over to become a consultant on my power team.

After a long period of time debating wether to move out on my own, I happened to come across Diamond Estates, in which I met Alex, after some very lengthy discussion Alex has been amazing at explaining all the ins and outs and differences between flat renting and help to buy. Alex and the workforce have done an absolutely outstanding job at getting me my first flat through the rent to buy scheme, in which I will then become the owner of after a short term, the experience has been hastle free completely and the guys and girls are very professional in how they deal with anything I have asked them.
